Honey collected from the hives is spread on nylon clothes that separates honey from the beeswax and solid impurities. The honey is then squeezed out and filled in glass containers and organic cinnamon is added to it.
 
It is in these glass containers that cinnamon is infused into the honey by keeping the mixture in sunlight for 3 weeks. The honey now has the nutrition and aroma of cinnamon and is filtered and packed in glass bottles.
