Ginger Infused Honey is high in gingerol, a substance with powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. There are some studies showing ginger to be effective at reducing symptoms of osteoarthritis, especially osteoarthritis of the knee. Ginger has been shown to lower blood sugar levels and improve various heart disease risk factors in people with type 2 diabetes.
 
Honey collected from the hives is spread on nylon clothes that separate honey from the beeswax and solid impurities. The honey is then squeezed out and filled in glass containers and organic dried ginger is added to it.
 
It is in these glass containers that ginger is infused into the honey by keeping the mixture in sunlight for 3 weeks. The honey now has the nutrition and aroma of ginger and is filtered and packed in glass bottles.
